Although our Website may be accessible worldwide, our services are primarily offered in the USA, and our operations are based in Texas. While we do not currently have a mandatory arbitration clause or similar alternative dispute resolution mechanism in these Terms, we encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve any issue informally. In the event that we cannot resolve a dispute amicably, you and Novel Group agree to resolve any claim or controversy in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction clauses above.

Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you and Novel Group agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis, and that neither party shall seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, representative action, collective action, or private attorney general action. This means you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit against us.
